Gas Lease Letter of Intent

I have not signed a gas lease and I would like to join the NFWMLTF gas committee agreement. I will not sign a gas lease until I have considered the lease terms the NFWMLTF gas committee negotiates on my behalf.

I have signed a gas lease agreement with that expires on and I agree to support the efforts of the NFWMLTF gas committee.

I understand that the committee will obtain an offer that I may accept or decline and that this offer may be contingent on the number of property owners who accept the offer.

I understand the gas lease agreement is not legally binding and I will not be committed to a mineral lease by signing this agreement.

I understand that I may make my final decision at any time, but the NFWMLTF gas lease committee hopes that I will wait to sign with the group once an acceptable agreement is reached.

I agree to support the efforts of the committee to obtain an acceptable offer for the gas drilling rights for my property.
