The "Season" Is Warming Up

Numerous residents of Arbor Park, Burton Place, Cobblestone, Kelley Court, Sandy Ridge, and John T. White recently received lease offers in the mail from Dale Property Services, on behalf of Chesapeake Energy. Dale is offering $2,500 an acre, which translates to about $250 for those with 0.10-acre lots. Keep in mind that landmen such as Dale are the middlemen. Your Task Force will negotiate directly with the gas drillers for considerably more per acre, such as a minimum of $5,000 per residential lot, along with various safety precautions and other assurances.

If you are not receiving frequent updates from our email list, please provide your name, email address, and location of property you own within the NFWMLTF boundary to nfwmltf@hotmail.com, so you can be kept informed and participate in what the Task Force is doing on your behalf.
